Refund and product return policy – Old Skull Collection

You can return your product free of charge within 14 days of receiving the product, using your right of withdrawal or change the product, but you will have to pay for the return/change yourself.

To start the return or change process, you can inform us by sending us a message to our email address oldsku89@gmail.com. We will guide you through the process.

All our products are subject to quality control before shipment. The right of return applies only to products that are returned in the same condition as you received them, with special markings (tags) and proof of your order. Any indication that the product has been used or abused cancels the possibility of return.

We pay the full amount of the purchase as quickly as possible, but no later than 14 days after receiving the cancellation notice. We may, however, wait until we receive the products to proceed with a refund or until it is proven that they have been sent by you. Once we start the refund process, you will receive a confirmation email. You will receive your refund to the same account you used to pay.

Furthermore, changes are not accepted for items that are part of a set and cannot be returned separately.

Defective product

In the event of a defective product, you must contact us immediately, detailing the product and its defect, so that we can instruct you on what to do next. The product together with the proof of purchase is delivered for return to the courier company cooperating with us, at no cost to you. We will examine the returned product and inform you via e-mail within a reasonable period to proceed – as the case may be – with either a refund of your money or a replacement at no charge to you, including shipping costs.

The refund or replacement of the product will be made as soon as possible and, in any case, within 14 calendar days of the day we confirm to you by e-mail or telephone that you are entitled to a refund or replacement of the defective product.
