Introduction

Old Skull is an online store of Dimitrios Chiotelis’ company, based in Lesvos Island, Greece.

Old Skull is committed to the accuracy, truth and completeness of the information listed in the online store, regarding the identity of Old Skull as well as the transactions provided through the online store. The company, in the context of good faith, is not responsible and is not bound by electronic data entries that were made by mistake according to common experience and is entitled to correct them whenever it becomes aware of their existence.

Old Skull, in the context of its transactions from the online store, is not responsible and has no obligation to compensate for any possible damage or loss resulting from the cancellation of orders, from the non-execution or from the delay of their execution, for any reason. A necessary condition for starting the transactions is to find out some personal information of the customer (Name, Surname, Address, Telephone, etc.), according to the registration form, so that we can send the orders in a timely and safe manner. Old Skull adheres to the Personal Data Protection Principles and undertakes according to them not to use or sell the personal data of its customers. A necessary condition for placing the order is the provision of valid information to complete it.

In the event that any dispute arises from the transaction between us for the resolution of which you have sent us a relevant written request but we have not been able to reach a common agreement between us, you have the option of contacting the Electronic Dispute Resolution platform via the internet, at webgate .ec.europa.eu/odr/ which is directly connected to the competent independent Authority “Consumer Advocate” (//www.synigoroskatanaloti.gr).

On this platform you can submit a request to resolve the dispute, in which case our company can then be called by the competent Authority at the email address oldsku89@gmail.com.

We also bring to your attention that our Company recognizes in good faith the advisory nature of the decisions of the Authority to be taken and is not committed to the enforceability of these decisions.

In any case of non-conciliatory resolution of the dispute through the HED platform, the courts of Mytilene are competent.
